At Meher Silver, a brand of Manasi Jewellers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. As mentioned in our Exchange and Warranty Policy, we do not offer refunds on any purchase.
1. No Refunds
- All sales are final, and we do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, sizing issues, or delivery delays.
- Instead of a refund, customers can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving their order, as per our Exchange and Warranty Policy.
2. Exceptions
- In rare cases where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion after verification.
- Refunds in the form of cash or bank transfer will not be issued even in such cases.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- To request a cancellation, please email us immediately with your order number.
