At Meher Silver, a brand of Manasi Jewellers, we want every customer to love their jewelry. While we do not accept returns, we proudly offer a 15-day exchange policy and a 6-month product warranty.
1. Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags and bill
- Exchanges are allowed for a different design or item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-exchangeable items:
- Customized or engraved items
- Damaged jewelry due to mishandling or accidents
2. 6-Month Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty on all Meher Silver products for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Issues with stone setting or clasp malfunction
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to chemicals, accidents, or improper care
- Tarnishing or oxidation over time
To claim the warranty, email us with clear photos and your original invoice.
3. How to Request an Exchange or Warranty Service

4. Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of exchanges.
- If an item is defective under warranty, we will cover the return shipping.
